I’m T.J. Vasquez and I have been in recovery since January 9, 2020. Over the past 5 years I have had the opportunity to witness God transform lives, families, and this community. I have given away too much life to the street, jails, and prisons to not push God and Recovery! I am nothing more than a vessel down here doing His work, building His masterpiece puzzle known as Sober Soldierz Recovery Family.

The words you speak about yourself matter. We at the Sober Soldierz speak new life into the recovery community! The moment you enter the room we meet you where you’re at. Your identity is no longer an addict but a person in recovery. Day one, the family as a whole begins to change by inviting them into the rooms to see hope, answered prayers, to what recovery is all about. Every meeting childcare is provided. No one is left behind! Through the bigger book, the Bible, we are renewing and transforming ourselves to be the best version for our selves, family, and community, God, Recovery, Family, and Community, in that order, healing happens. We are not anonymous! We recover out loud, so that nobody has to die alone. We cannot save you, but we know a Savior that can!
